Tagging items ensures that your clan will NEVER lose these items. Only clan
members of the tagged item may pickup and use these items.  These items
are safe from thieves and if they are ever lost, they will automatically go
back to your clan's vault.

Clan tagged items will permanently belong to the clan, unless untagged.

privileges of untagging items. This is critical to ensure that your vault
is never full.
